We are extremely proud to tell you about our short term and post-acute care rehabilitation programs at Valerie Manor. Both programs are for short term medical assistance that may cover a variety of medical needs. The programs are specifically designed for adults who no longer need to be in an acute care hospital, but require individualized therapy and medical care before they can safely return home. Valerie Manor's programs provide the necessary link between the acute care hospital and your return home.
Our mission is clear--to send patients home quickly. Although patients may stay at Valerie Manor for longer periods of time, all patients are discharged at their highest level of function. We have identified the key strategic elements necessary to ensure a safe and successful discharge.
