Customer Care
Forget everything you may think you know about working in a call center. This is a U.S. Cellular Customer Care Center. Retail Sales
You are the face of U.S. Cellular. You’re the one out there taking care of your customers ― existing and new ones. Engineering/Network Operations
Say hello to the “eyes and ears of the network.” This team is actively engaged in building and upgrading towers, monitoring and securing data – anything and everything it takes to keep a lifeline between customers and the people who are important to them. By balancing individual goals with teamwork, they ensure happy customers along with their team’s success
